Shipping policy

Order Processing

We process and fulfill orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Because some items ship directly from our suppliers, your order may arrive in multiple packages and at different times. We’ll provide tracking information for each shipment once it’s available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on product pages or during checkout.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the contiguous United States--This Excludes Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO boxes or international addresses at this time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on product availability and location:

In-stock items: 3–7 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or supply chain factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can track shipments anytime through your Stable Peaks account or via the carrier’s website.

Delayed or Missing Shipments

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

Check your tracking link for updates.
Verify your shipping address is correct.
Contact us for assistance — we’ll work with the carrier or supplier to resolve it quickly.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses, refusal, or failure to pick up may be subject to a reshipping fee or restocking fee.

Order Changes or Cancellations

We can modify or cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase, as long as it hasn’t been processed or shipped. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll handle replacements or claims as quickly as possible.
