At Stable Peaks, we want you to love every ride. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll help make it right.

Returns

We accept returns on most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Installed or used parts (chains, tires, brake pads, cassettes, etc.)
  • Custom builds, special orders, or clearance items
  • Nutrition, lubricants, cleaning, or sealant products
  • Gift cards and labor services

How to Start a Return

  1. Email contact@stablepeaks or use our Contact Page to request a Return Authorization (RMA).
  2. Once approved, ship your item back!

  3. After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Exchanges

Need a different size or product? The fastest way is to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and make it right.
