Stable Peaks — Return & Exchange Policy

At Stable Peaks we want you to love every ride. If an item isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right. 

Returns Window

We accept returns on most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, and included accessories. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed or used parts (chains, brake pads, tires, inner tubes, cassette/freewheels, rotors, etc.)
  • Special orders, custom builds, or clearance/closeout items
  • Consumables and maintenance products (lubricants, sealants, degreasers, nutrition, etc.)
  • Gift cards and labor services

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at contact@stablepeaks.com or visit our Contact page to request a Return Authorization (RMA). Please include your order number, item(s) to return, and a brief reason.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide an RMA number and the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the item back with the RMA clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or we shipped the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

Inspection & Refunds

All returns are inspected upon receipt. If the item is returned in new, resalable condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection. If the item shows signs of use, installation, or damage not disclosed at time of return, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the correct item is to place a new order and return the original item for a refund. If you need help with sizing or compatibility before ordering again, contact our support team and we’ll help you choose the right part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@stablepeaks.com. We will provide a prepaid return label or instructions and will cover return shipping when the issue is our error. Please include photos of the damage and the packaging when you contact us.
